Everything Happening In Eugene In Your Inbox Twice A Week!
Oregon park fees disappear for Saturday, and dates for free tickets for Eugene Symphony in the Park are announced.

Good morning. It's Tuesday, June 2. The sun is flirting with summer, and Eugene is rewarding anyone who can set an alarm and pack a snack. Between free park days and a free symphony that still demands a ticket, your calendar is about to look smarter than you. Alright, here's today's edition of your Eugene Lowdown:

Free State Park Parking on Saturday!

Consider this your official excuse to get outside: Saturday, June 6 brings State Parks Day, with free day-use parking for Oregon residents at state parks that normally charge. Many parks also roll out special programs and activities, so you can turn a simple stroll into a full-on mini adventure.
