If your Saturday night needs better rhythm, The Jazz Station has the answer. Souljazz Collective and LaRhonda Steele take the stage tomorrow from 7:30-10 p.m. for a set blending R&B, soul, jazz fusion and original music. Tickets are $25 at The Jazz Station in Eugene.

Books With Pictures Named Global Finalist

Books With Pictures Eugene is having a pretty super week. The 5th Street Public Market shop is one of five finalists worldwide for the 2026 Will Eisner Spirit of Comics Retailer Award, with winners announced today at San Diego Comic-Con. Owner Andrea Gilroy says the nod reflects the store's welcoming, comics-for-everyone mission.
