Free Friday Night, Full of Color
Friday's First Friday ArtWalk turns the Farmers Market Pavilion into a launchpad for a downtown art crawl. From 5:30-8 p.m., visitors can browse the Artist Marketplace, grab an ArtWalk Guide and check out free demos, hands-on activities and gallery stops presented by Lane Arts Council.
City Hall Gets an Artful Friday
Eugene City Hall is giving Friday afternoon a creative upgrade with a free reception for the "Salon des Refuses" exhibition from 3:30-5 p.m. The show features selected work by 15 artists across painting, photography, drawing and sculpture, all centered on reflection, connection and plenty of local color.
